"I was very surprised to see that after spending hours outside when i came back at the evening my room was not clean . I called and they had me stay online for long . Then i called back and They finally sent a Housekeeper."

"The room was quite spacious and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot but not a microwave. The closet was very large which we really appreciated. We ate breakfast and lunch in the casino food court which was very convenient and had lots of choices. The Margaritaville cafe had good coffee and pastries. We chose to eat dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and Caesars Palace."

"Horrible stay. Staff did not know what they were doing. Continuously charging the credit card with no explanation of charges. Did not give me the room that I paid for. Restaurant staff understattfed. Did not receive my order. The worst parking and the audacity to charge 30 a day to park with no guarantees spot. Had to walk a block and a half away and we are handicapped. Will never go back"
