"Friendly staff, great customer service from my experience. However, the room we were originally put in REAKED of cigarette smoke and accompanied with several cigarette burns in the blankets and night stand. As well as a nice spider web with a big ole spider along the top of the door and hinges. I immediately went to the front desk to switch rooms. They did so there on the spot(where the good customer service comes in). The 2nd and final room was better(in a way)- free of cigarette smoke and burns but the floors, walls, toilet and doors were dirty and stained like there was never an attempt to clean them. The corners of the floor had collections of dust and dirt. The first room very well may have been in this condition as well but didn't pay much attention as the smell immediately turned me away as previously stated. Luckily we literally only slept there since we spent all our time at Disneyland. Anyway, definitely will never even consider returning and urge anyone the same. "

"There was enough parking very secure the a/c in the room work good. The young lady in the lobby when I check in was very kind and respectful. The problem was the room they gave me a smoking room when I had my family with me. I ask for non-smoking room but they didn't have none available at that time then getting to the room I had to leave the door open for about an hour because it smells so bad of smoke. The guy in the next room had his music up so loud. That's not even the bad part what got me more frustrated was the towels look used and it was stain I had to tell my mother to ask for other towels that are clean but once my mother gave me apparently the clean towels there were too stain and had hairs stuck in the fabric. I have never ever wrote a bad review in my life I don't like. It seemed wrong but in this case I was very disappointed I have stayed in a couple Motel 6 but this was a no no. Don't get me wrong the staff was great they were wonderful and understanding but it's the property that was very yucky"

"Over the top great ! As with any budget hotel, the staff can make or break it at check in… Matias deserves 5 stars alone ! Friendly , accommodating and efficient. The rooms , very clean and well appointed. The pool, sparkling and inviting and breakfast was perfect. Try the waffles with cream cheese and strawberry jam ! Top it off with fruit yogurt ! Great stay, can’t wait to return "
