"The front desk staff were so helpful when we asked to make a few changes on the room we reserved, and they were able to assist us kindly understanding our situation.They also explained the details we needed to know about our room exchange, parking and hotel amenities. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant had so many options and our waitresses were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. All staff who we passed in the hallways or lobby were kind and courteous. Knotts Berry Farm Park was in walking distance and there were so many shops to choose from. We had a wonderful and memorable experience."

"Don't stay here. No wash cloth, no coffee pot. They advertise continental breakfast NOPE. The hot tub as they call it a small pool. Cockroaches, hard bed, soiled sheets."

"This property did not meet the standards I was expecting based on what I was told. In my opinion, it seems more suitable for travelers on a very limited budget. Unfortunately, I would not return to this property."

"Great location lots of stuff walking distance, knotts Berry Farm about 20 minutes away. Free parking, breakfast is basic cereal, oatmeal, fruit, toast, muffins, coffee and juices. Pool is clean and not freezing cold but a lil warm. The complaint I do have and was very disappointed was the hot tub is not working and when I called the staff informed me the pool and hot tub were open till 10:00pm. There than that decent for the price. "

"This hotel is next to a venue that hosts parties and our room was sharing the side of the venue. We did have very loud music until cutoff at midnight. We also requested one additional towel because our room came with 3 not four, and that took about 1.5 hour to get service."

"I personally really loved this hotel not only was it free parking in California it was convenient and not hard to get to a true plus after a busy day! If you have kids that can’t sleep though noise maybe see about getting a different side of the building as the freeway is right next to it so it can get loud at times ( but I liked the out side noise my boyfriend and I are from the city so it didn’t really bother us to much) There isn’t free breakfast but there is a grab and go place and a Starbucks there too if needed and a 24 hour lil mini mart also My boyfriend and I just went to Denny’s across the street for food and down the way are so many more restaurants too! It was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom had great water pressure the only down side was that it’s the time of year and well those stupid pesky NATS are outside so we did find some in the room since they do DAILY housekeeping and the doors are left open but besides that overall will be put on our left to come back and stay! also the cookies checking in was always a plus ✨"
