"The location was perfect for sightseeing. The room was comfortable with double sky lights. We were exhausted from the long flight and went to bed to acclimate. We checked out the following morning."

"The room was clean, good room service. Only thing to note is the toiletries are nice but provided in a wall dispenser which is quite difficult to get the product out of. If you have any issues with your hands bring your own or maybe ask reception as to be fair to them we didn't ask, they may provide alternative. "

"This hotel had everything needed for a comfortable stay in Krakow. The location is great being close to the central train station, the Galleria for shopping and a short walk to old town Krakow. The hotel and the room had a lot of charm and clean throughout. The only improvement that I would make would be to replace the mattress on the bed because it is sagging some from constant use. Nice place, I would recommend this hotel."

"The location is great - easily walkable to the market square or to Kazimierz. Staff are exceptionally helpful and cheerful - brilliant. Breakfast was a spread of many choices - really tasty ham and meats, cheese, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh bread rolls, some hot dishes - scrambled egg and sausages. Loads of choice. Good tea bags 😀. Room was too warm for us but we opened the window. Lift was quick to arrive. The staff could not have put more effort into making our stay great. Very welcoming. The hotel is older style but very comfortable."
