Clean room with great staff being very helpful. Staff was able to set up my ride to and from airport. They also set up two tours for me. The staff was so awesome that they let me leave my luggage with them after 10am checkout since my flight was in the evening. Can't say enough!

The apartment was very clean and a good size, had everything we needed, including hair dryer, ironing board and iron, all kitchen utensils, pots n pans etc. Staff were very polite and helpful, nothing was a bother.

Nice apartments. Very close to the heart of old town. 3-4 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Galactica shopping-center. Close to the train-station which have 2 trains per hour to Krakow Airport. Will definetly come back :)

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice big modern TV but nothing in the way of English speaking channels which is to be expected. Lovely big round bed. Adequate bathroom and kitchen area. Nice comfortable chairs in living area. Would certainly return one day.
