Fantastic location near to all attractions. Breakfast really good and rooms very comfortable and clean. Only issue there wasnt a proper shower only a hand held one. Wouldn't put us off booking the hotel again though

The hotel is convenient to walk to main Square, literally a 5 minutę straight walk! Superb! Hotel is highly recommended, i will always stay there when in Kraków. Staff are superb, extremely helpful As if they can’t do enough! Rooms always clean to an extremely high standard! A large variety of choice for breakfast and food menu for any time of the day with room service at an extra chargé. With regard to trips, the hotel do organise trips or can give advice on transport.

Horse and cary is a must when in Kraków
When in Kraków, Donuts are a must to try and sample, they are superb , so soft to bite and many fillings are available. Knows as „Paczki”

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a huge choice at breakfast from healthy options to a full cooked breakfast. It was in a very convenient for everything, it was a very short walk to the main square and only two stops on the tram to the Jewish Quarter.

Excellent hotel really well placed - few minutes to main square and tram stops outside. Staff were aways polite and attentive, room was big enough and cleaned each day, would recommend and use again.

Extremely convenient location right between the old town and Kraków Grzegórzki. Friendly staff, including a helpful concierge and a wide range of sweet and savory options at the breakfast buffet, including vegetarian, halal and gluten free choices. Good place to stay in Krakow, easy to walk to historic sites, and plenty of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Easy access to train station, a 10 minute taxi ride. Great facilities and services.
