"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"Had 4 nights in this hotel. Room is a little outdated and showing significantly. Wednesday evening we ate in the restaurant which was ok. They do add 10% service charge onto the bill and tell you they can remove it if you wish!!!! Breakfast was lovely Thursday and friday mornings, however Saturday and Sunday was a little disappointing 😞. The main lights in the room and overhead bedaide lights were not working. We had not previously experienced a "virtual check in" and as we had elected to pay at the property, did not appreciate we would not receive the entry codes until paymentis received. The problem was, there is no one on site to pay!. This meant a one hour delay waiting outside the property while we tracked down the duty manager via messaging and phone calls to arrange over the phone payment. These negatives however should not outweigh what is a nice property. With attention to detail this would have had a higher rating. "
