"I travel all the time for work and stay in hotels usually 3 nights a week. This was definitely one of the best. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, EXCELLENT breakfast, close to everything. I will definitely be back."

"The hotel is partnered with the world’s most unprofessional shuttle company, Monarch. We paid $50 for access to the shuttle to downtown Nashville. It’s only a 15 minute drive and the shuttle either doesn’t show up at all or is inexplicably late. The night driver, Mark, is a con artist and obviously not doing the job he’s being paid to do. The hotel staff are aware of the problem and just told us to request a chargeback since the shuttle company doesn’t offer any accountability. The outdoor pool is under construction and you’ll be woken up by the sound of jackhammers. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly, but I cannot recommend this experience to anyone. "

"Hotel was in the perfect location, 5 minute walk to Broadway. Very clean and the bar/restaurant had amazing food and coffee! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and were so accommodating when I requested a late check out. 10/10"
