"The staff (all of them) are exceptional. They are polite, very efficient and extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean, and our room was lovely. This hotel is very close to Watford Junction and The Harry Potter Studios Tour shuttle bus. I’d say between a two to five minute walk. There is a fabulous shopping mall in the town centre, due to the weather we got a taxi both ways and it was only £5-£6 each way depending on the traffic. It’s easily walkable though. We dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was piping hot and very tasty. I recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you for a perfect stay. "

"Lovely spa weekend break. Staff amazing. Great amenities all well looked after. Beautiful grounds to walk in. Great choice of places to eat. Only minor concern was lack of marked parking spaces - some guests were thoughtless. Marked spaces would reduce this problem. "

"Ideal location for travelling in to Wembley. 10 mins from Watford junction by car. Ample parking space, food options on site but also good value for money carvery less than 5 mins away. Check in/out hassle free , staff warm and friendly. Room clean and well looked after. Paid in advance for breakfast which was well worth it. Plenty of options th choose from. All in all a comfortable and pretty seamless experience. Only downside was my team lost at Wembley. "
