Eventually the person on duty booked us into sn available room on the basis that we'd settle the finances later. It was also impossible to log in to the hotels.com website as the security code was rejected and very slow being sent."

"Staff were friendly room was clean, but in rough condition. No air conditioning, they gave you a small fan which barely moved any air. When it did cool at night the window didn’t open up wide enough to allow air in.. no way to charge any devices because they have no usb plugs anywhere"
