"What An Experience! I celebrated my divorce with this gift to myself! I stayed in a suite with a balcony. That space is a vibe! In my best Johnny Gill voice; 🎼🎶My My My my my my my 🎼🎶 It was everything I hoped a newly independent woman could hope to achieve! The staff was excellent in service, the food was good. I’m grateful I choose to include the breakfast buffet. I already miss the soft scrambled eggs and pork bacon! This whole hotel and setting is worth the cost for the value you receive in enjoying your holiday. Kudos to Sea Containers London PMack, USA "

"Room wasn't the best but it was a good size and functional. Floors need to be redone. Air conditioning was leaking. Water drops hit me in the head every time I came in. Soaps and such arent great definitely bring your own. Staff was friendly, helpful and very professional 10/10. Location is super convenient 10/10. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff at reception were very warm, as were the concierge team. The twin room (two twins) was not too small, maybe 12 x 12 ft. The bathroom was modern but the shower did leak onto the floor. There was also an accent light over the coffee maker that we could never figure out how to turn off. The location was great for access across to Westminster and key attractions, and of course Waterloo station itself is well connected to tube and national rail. We would stay again for sure and it represented a great value in London."

"I did not use the laundry service or air conditioning. Room itself was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the lounge that was available 24/7 for free coffee and tea. "

"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience was positive and they succeeded in that. I doubt there can be a more centrally located hotel if it is theatres and the landmarks of London you are looking for. We will definitely return should my health permit. "
