This place was amazing! So comfortable! I will be booking again! The only downside was the walk from the garage but the comfort of the until was so worth it!

We loved the stay the only downside is the AC situation was a bit confusing and we didn't have cool air for the first 2 nights when the weather was abnormally warm in DC. We called the customer service and they responded pretty quickly and explained the AC restrictions around DC during cooler months. They eventually provided extra fansl for us to use to cool down the air. We also left the window open at night which wasn't that bad. Plus, we didn't expect they have a Graco playpen which is very handy for travelers with baby like us.

Need more towels, only body towels are insufficient.  Hands towels and wash clothes in all bathrooms.  No kitchen towels or paper towels, had to purchase our own. Sheets on one bed had hair, and another sheet was too small and kept coming off bed. HVAC didn't work.  Tried turning on AC in bedroom and it cranked the heat.  Finally turned off main system and it kept it a steady 72 with heat constantly blowing.   Parking garage tag didn't work, and had no instructions on where to park. No drawers or dressers for clothes, minor inconvenience but would be helpful in longer stays. Dishes on table should be washed and put away, not for show.  They were dirty and dusty. Random hair on sinks and walls, and your HVAC vents need desperate cleaning. Place was mostly quiet, could hear airport noise, but street noise was difficult to drown out when there were loud cars in the area. Great restaurants in the area and walkable to metro. Place needs a beyltter cleaning and more homey touch.

The check in took so long and the directions on where to park and what lift to use that can help reach the property were not mentioned anywhere. The name of the property was different than where it was located. We were lost until we called the customer care and they provided the property entry picture , even they could not tell the name of the building to enter So much of confusion and the property was easily missed . Parking is additional ti the property fee which was mentioned at the lobby. If you prefer an easy stay, may be this is not what it offers
