My only bad review was no one never came to my room to change garbage bags, as I have a baby and toddler. Other than that, I have no Complaints!"

"Stayed at this hotel in March of 2025 for the NCAA Tournament at the Amica Mutual Pavilion. Wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars because it deserves it. Nice, quiet and clean location. All the hotel staff I encountered were friendly, aiming to help and willing to go out of their way to improve my stay. "It was the perfect location for rental car drop off and a good night’s rest before an early flight. All the staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and were given a breakfast “to go” bag. We did walk from the parking garage to the hotel, about 1/3 mile (we chose not to use shuttle. Restaurant just down the road, easy walk . One suggestion-the tub needs a mat, it was slippery. "

"Staff didn’t talk much, tv didn’t work and that was an amenity that was offered and didn’t get fixed after I mentioned it to the front desk and I still paid full price. We liked the saline pool. 1 elevator was down and there was only stairs from upstairs to outside for emergencies only. Very inconvenient. Had long waits to get around the hotel"
