The room was clean, bed was nice. The bathroom had a chipping bathtub, the ceiling in the room was pealing. Staff was nice and it was a good hotel for the price.
Everything from A-to-Z was absolutely fantastic and I have to give a big shout out to the staff of the La Quinta Inn. They are absolutely by far the best I’ve ever come across at any hotel the owner and upper management should be very proud of all their staff and themselves! I highly recommend staying here. You can’t go wrong.
The room was reasonably clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. However, the pool was brown, the elevators were broken, and we were on the 5th floor. There were odd smells in the hallways. The ice machine was a floor below.
The bad news is that the hotel is in need of a facelift, it feels tired. The good news is that it’s very close to the airport, which is convenient if you’re catching one of the first flights out the next morning.
No hot water in the room, A/C did not work, towels look circumspect and refrigerator made such a loud buszzing sound I had to unplug it at night so I could sleep.
On the bright side the room was relatively clean.
For breakfast, I only had coffee so couldnt comment on items available.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful; breakfast was more than adequate and timely; would stay again!

The staff was amazing. The Property needs to be updated. Ice Machines on all floors did not work. I was on the 4th floor and had to go to the 1st floor to get ice. The carbets need to be cleaned.

The hotel was average and satisfactory. The staff were polite and respected our privacy. The room was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the floor and bedding, and signs of water damage on the walls and ceiling. There were also strong smells in the lobby and hallway, and the key cards malfunctioned a few times. The location is pretty decent, there's a bus stop very close by that goes directly to the center of Providence.

wood beams stuck out from underneath the bed and I scraped my leg.
The parking lost was not plowed well and this was more than a week after the snow, limiting parking.
The room was clean and decent
Elevator out of order and they only had rooms on the top floor. Had to carry luggage up five flights of stairs. I had called before to let the hotel know we wouldn’t arrive until 1:30/2am and there was no mention of a broken elevator. The stairwells smelled like cigarette smoke and the only working ice machine was in the basement 6 flights down. Carpet in our room was not cleaned properly, there was green sparkles everywhere. Still have not received my refund so I have escalated this with Expedia. We should have been notified in advance about the elevator prior to our stay so we could have made an informed decision to cancel prior to check in. This courtesy was not extended via email nor when I spoke to the Front Desk representative. We left the La Quinta and booked at Home2 Suites in Smithfield and it was excellent. This hotel has much potential but needs better communication, upkeep of the rooms and the amenities.
Easy check-in friendly staff the bed was very comfortable and the pillows. It was very clean. I like that we had a shuttle for 4 AM shuttle driver was there early. I was surprised to see they had coffee that early. That was a plus for me. Because breakfast is at 6 AM. We left the car there for $30 for the whole week. I will be coming back soon and I highly recommend this hotel.
