"Loved the pool area and outside restaurant near the pool .. Very nice to enjoy friends, family and have fun. Rooms were clean and updated. Buffet at restaurant was very good and very abundant. Staff was more than accomodating and so nice. Thank you. "

"The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight."

"It’s every unprofessional employee especially the receptionist.could find my reservation and has rude attitude and and to find out that they allowed me and give me card keys to room and room comes with no hygiene items only one soap no toothbrush and toothpaste and walks of room has moisture on it so as floors small puddle of water and then as I wake the next day to make and extend stay they tell me I have to pay my security deposit which they didn’t ask me to upon arrival and check in . Then now they tell me to pay . But anyway I tried to eat breakfast this morning and find out there is nobody there to help me at there cafeteria to greet and show me my place of sitting in there eating area and I was there 10 minutes before there closing time for my breakfast . Which I see people that looks like sure stay kitchen staff were there but not helping me so I ask a women what was for breakfast and how can I get my free meal . And her response is that there closed. … it wasn’t even 9am yet it was about 8:52.am and she tells me it’s close so I go "

"The location in central Tumon is perfect, with plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The pool is beautiful, and the beach right in front makes it even better. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptional—thank you for the early check-in and the late check-out at 50% off. The lobby also stood out, with its lovely fragrance and luxurious atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a relaxing tropical feel. The ocean view made the stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: four bottles of water provided daily, plus a hallway water dispenser, so I never needed to buy water. The buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of internationally inspired dishes. The seafood was a highlight, especially the tuna—I went back for it several times. Traveling alone, I especially appreciated the restaurant manager who kindly took the time to chat with me while I dined, which made the experience more enjoyable. The hotel app was very convenient—I could chat with staff, request housekeeping (always done while I was out), and receive discounts at the restaurants. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my next visit as soon as I got home. I’m already looking forward to coming back."
