Room felt neglected. I even found a drink in the refrigerator from a prior guest. Room was also small and the restroom even smaller. Sad thing was I stayed here a month prior and the prior trip compared to my recent stay was day and night. Staff lack hospitality and aren’t friendly. Parking is a hassle and inquiries made to front desk felt like they were doing you a favor instead of accommodating your inquiries. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

It is not a resort hotel. If you want a good place to stay at a reasonable cost this is it. You will need a car - parking is free and available. Attractions, restaurants and shopping are nearby. I've stayed at this hotel many times and have never felt less than safe.

Don’t stay here

I booked a king bed. They told me they had no king beds but would “upgrade” me to a double bed room. The WiFi didn’t work. Said that they were “working on it” (dismissive). They required a written form for guests’ deposits with with name, address, phone number, FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER and expiration, security code. This is on a written piece of paper! Who knows what happens with all of this information, but it’s not secure- highly susceptible to credit card theft and fraud. I asked for a small discount and they told me that I was receiving an “upgrade”, so no. The mattresses were the worst quality that I have ever experienced. The room was loud- traffic noise and parking lot noise. The television would turn on randomly through the night. Probably because of neighboring similar remote controls. The toilet was not secured to the ground. It wobbled. The sink did not drain. Lastly, there is only one power outlet in the room and it was located by the front door- really inconvenient to charge a phone or laptop.

Overall descent, however, not to keen on half-done cosmetics of unit- seems odd and shows lack of care. Bathroom ceiling appears to have mold in the room I stayed in, management should consider looking into it. Post it notices around the area appears to indicate to attract noisy guests and possibly other bad actors.

Terrible place to stay

Room was not clean, mold in shower ceiling. Bed was not comfortable, aircon unit was noisy and made room moist. Hotel policy is they do not change bed linen until 3 days later. Also need to pay $100 deposit in cash or credit. I had to remind them when checking out to give it back. Limited parking stalls, you might have to park inside a gated area next to building, so have to ask the attendant to open and close the locked gate. This is a terrible place to stay / anyplace else will be better.

a little simple welcome vibe.

the rest attached is closed down. but side note there is alot of food places to eat and having don donki,mcdonalds as a quick meal run was easy. The bed is firm but we slept well. thank u too all the staff for easy check in and answering our questions. i rather stay some where feeling welcome...and they did. thank you
