"We booked a classic double room with air conditioning but the room was high up in the old building and the air con couldn't cope with this hot weather so it was like sleeping in an oven. I had booked 2 nights so the hotel agreed to upgrade our room for the second night.Our second room wax in the newer part of the hotel which was so much nicer and cooler. The swimming pool is very small a bit disappointing and you need to avoid children's sessions in such a small pool. The steam room was great. We had a lovely afternoon tea on Sunday in the garden staff very attentive we also had dinner in the bar area which was nice. The hotel is in a great location to visit Warwick Kenilworth Leamington Spa and Stratford. We had a lovely short break here and would certainly stay again."
