"Pros: Close to restaurants and stores
Cons: Unsafe, no lock on gate, room is unsanitary, no staff, bathroom dirty, very hot shower and there was no way to control it. "
"Some of the pillows and cushions had an overwhelming smell of greasy hair. Sadly, I didn't notice until I moved around in the night and woke up heaving. The fridge in the room sounded like it was taking off, too."
"The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊"
"The place was very clean and comfortable. I was able to easily check in using the phone app and the apartment came complete with everything that I needed and more! like tea, coffee, bottled water and wifi.
The local area has good transport links and the free parking is definitely useful."

"Nice hotel, good rooms friendly reception staff.0
A big step up quality wise from Premier iInn
Breakfast was okay but large amounts cooked and left in warming trays with lids, unfortunately some of the lid would not close because of the amount of food in them.
Leaving food cold.
Perhaps consider cooking less, but more often, so food is not sat as long"
"Very nice hotel. Recently renovated. Great breakfast and dinner. Just a short walk to the train station with excellent connections to the center of London. We highly recommend it!"
"I overpaid for the the rooms by a day and realized my mistake immediately and asked for a refund of the one day. The hotel refused. Then Air Canada canceled my flight because of the staff strike. I could not travel. I asked fora refund. The hotel declined since I did not pay extra fee for a refund. No empathy. I lost almost $700 t o the hotel without staying there. I will never book the hotel again. Additionally, I paid for protection. My claim was declined because notice of the strike had been served when I booked the hotel. The insurance company did not consider that as at the day I made my hotel booking, the day of my intended travel was not covered by the intended strike and the intended strike was also not firmed by the staff. Hotels.com did not advocate for me enough too."
