"We had a great stay at the Crown Plaza. It was a perfect venue for attending a concert at Wembley. It is located right by a tube station but we caught the 483 bus to Wembley as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had plenty of choice. ..."

"2 night stay arriving on day one at 9.30pm. Hotel and room good overall with nice bed and bathroom. No toilet paper in room. Reported to the two staff on reception at about 6.15 am on 29th June on way out and gave room number, they said they would fix it. Got back after work, still no toilet paper. ..."
