"I had a lovely room really well equipped came with a microwave toaster fridge and kettle .Nice views of the hills in the distance. The breakfast was very good served in the main house good quality ingredients. I would definitely stay here again plenty of Parking good Wi-Fi good phone reception three minute walk to the pub."

"The accommodation was fine but there were two downsides. There is public parking on the road around the corner but it is very busy and difficult to find a space. We also had a triple room which was comfortable but it fronts onto a busy noisy main road. Good value for money"

Staff were all very friendly, food was ‘pub grub’ and not the best fish and chips I have had, however the breakfast was excellent. We only stayed for one night whilst passing through, so it was a good place to rest our weary heads after a long day motorcycling in the rain. "

"The property was clean and tidy, but a little tired, and the central heating wasn't working in the room; however, there was a small electric radiator available, which made the room bearable after an hour or so. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, which was well before booking in time. "
