Staff are always very good as is the food at the restaurant. The hotel is showing its age a little but I understand they are about to under go a refurbishment. "Love the property and the location! As someone who solo travels and loves to be left alone this was the perfect place, they only come by and bother you if you request help. The only thing I didn’t like was how the photos of outside wasn’t up-to-date for example there is no Starbucks across the street as well as gift shops, right next-door and tattoo shops."
