"Lovely bedroom / bathroom. Bed was huge and comfy with lovely bedding. Loved the double sink in the bathroom which was spacious. Nice amenities. Fabulous view of pond from our room. Great parking. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Hotel has a deal with some local restaurants who pick you up and drop you back. That was great so we didn’t have to drive. We ate at Blue ice which was fantastic. We had such a great 2 night stay. Oh and not forgetting the Nespresso machine in our room! What a bonus!! "

"Very friendly staff - helped me check in seamlessly and arranged for me to get dinner before the on-site restaurant closed. Great spot in Franz Josef. Room was nice. Only stayed 1 night as part of a 2 day tour."

"We got an upgrade to one of the tree house which was fabulous! The room was spacious and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hot tub in the balcony was an absolute treat! Would defo go back if we can! "
