"Nice location on the beach. Room was nice, perhaps getting somewhat aged but that was reflected by the price. A bit longer walk in to Makkum itself, but doable and safe. We picked it for the water view and easy access to laundry facilities, right nearby, for the midpoint of our trip."

Plus making the beds were a challenge due to constricted room above me. Certainly weather proof as there was a lot of strong winds and rain. "The stay was good, bathroom a bit dangerous due to newly laid tiles. Which are not designed for shower and bathroom floors. Had to use a towel in the shower and bath room floor to stop slipping over. "
