"The hotel was great - conveniently located, only a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were clean and spacious, a bonus was having a patio! The front desk staff were so helpful when we checked-in, providing recommendations for things to see and where to eat. Would recommend!"

"Det bliver nærmest ikke mere centralt i Gent end på dette hotel hvor restauranten ligger lige ned til kanalen. Super god seng og virkelig pæne værelser. Den ene elevator var i stykker, hvilket skabte lidt kø, men ikke noget der ødelagde opholdet. Parkering lige under hotellet, omend lidt dyrt, men det er prisen i Gent. Rigtig fin morgenmad i de gamle, historiske lokaler. Resten af hotellet er nyistandsat og super flot. Vi kommer gerne igen næste gang vi skal til Gent."

"Emily checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic. She was cordial and engaging. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, Emily was always available to help with anything we needed. The staff at breakfast was great. I would stay at this location again. I would not take the airport shuttle. It’s too much of a pain. I definitely would Uber to the hotel. I Uber to the airport this morning. Best way to do it."
