I told them I'd be arriving in the middle of the night more than 24 hours in advance, and despite sending numerous messages, I never received the access codes. I was left stranded late at night, unable to resolve the issue. The next day, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response, and all they say is they're reviewing it. The service and communication with this property were terrible. I definitely...

"Wonderful and safe stay near Brussels! Extremely clean, quiet, and safe place, with a warm and friendly host. I felt very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Everything was just perfect — I would definitely return and highly recommend this accommodation! "

"Great very large apartment that could easily be used for long stays. Very modern, very safe. but minor issues: 3 of 6 fire sensors were missing/stolen? No microwave. Power sockets at each bed used by lights so no spare sockets for chargers. Street parking very difficult, pre-book limited onsite parking a must. Claimed 24/7 WhatApps support but messages unanswered."

"Appartamento a pochi passi da una fermata del tram particolarmente strategica e con negozi letteralmente a due passi, arredato con gusto ma estremamente attento ai costi, abbastanza grande ma non particolarmente pratico (armadi troppo piccoli, disposizione dei locali "curiosa"). Nota negativa per pulizia, davvero carente, e anche la comunicazione delle informazioni non è ottimale anche se, quando sollecitati, rispondono rapidamente."
