"This was my first time staying at this particular hotel brand. I came in for a conference at the BJCC which the drive from the hotel was not bad (9mins). Room was clean. Room temperature is controlled by the front desk which was something different that I never experienced at a hotel. I only had to adjust once. Ashley, front desk staff was very nice and helpful answering questions and assisting even when it was close to shift change late at night. I would stay at this hotel again if visiting the area next time"
