"The hotel has a great location and close to lots of amenities, restaurants, parks and mall. Easy to get to other locations in Quito. The staff is super helpful and always ready to help. Our housekeeper person was always attentive and the room was serviced whenever we went outside. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting and arranging tours we wanted to do. The breakfast buffet was superb and had all the options you would want in a breakfast. The staff was great and kept the food well stocked. The shuttle/tour driver, Juan, they had suggested was simply the best. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this property. Thanks for everyone to make our vacation experience exceptional."

Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The arranged for an airport pick-up for us and also an early morning ride to the airport when we were leaving. Delicious breakfast included as well. "
