Pertim de tudo

Minha estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de supermercados, bares, restaurantes, padaria e claro, da orla da praia, o cafe da manhã tinha muitas opcoes fresquinhas, o quarto apesar de conter traças nas paredes, e o box estar manchado, era limpo em outros aspectos, para um hotel 2 estrelas, foi uma otima experiencia. De ruim somente o horario do check out, mas isso é padrão. Infelizmente.

Minha sugestão é de melhorar a organização dos serviços de quarto com a camareira. Às vezes, demora-se muito para limpeza e troca de toalha. Se o quarto da saída não tiver reserva para o mesmo dia, organizar para a limpeza do quarto dos hospedes que permanecem.

Melhorias.

O hotel gostei muito do atendimento a thati brilha como sempre. Nao gostei muito do cafe da manha achei muito fraco com poucas opções de escolha e a qualidade ruim de alguns itens servidos. A cama de casa estava horrivel pois eram dois colchões de solteiro unidas.o sistema de garagem estava com defeito aonde ocasionou o fechamento do portao sobre o carro.

Acredito que mesmo sendo 2 estrelas o hotel poderia ser mais organizado, pois os funcionários não se comunicam e atendem com pouca boa vontade, às vezes nem olham pra gente quando perguntamos algo. Deixei um aviso por telefone e quase perdi minha reserva porque o aviso não foi compartilhado com o outro atendente. Amo café da manhã em hotéis, mas o desse hotel foi um dos mais fracos que já comi.

Satisfatório dentro da minha realidade

Fiz uma viagem sozinho para passeio. O atendimento do pessoal é bom e o café da manhã é simples. Para o valor pago está de bom tamanho. Não tem como exigir o mesmo padrão de um hotel de frente pra praia com quase o dobro de diária. O atendimento e boa vontade do hotel é ponto positivo. Deixaram a desejar com a limpeza, pois as paredes estavam empoeiradas, provavelmente por deixarem a janela aberta antes da minha ocupação, falta capricho na limpeza do box do banheiro, a TV só tem sinal aberto e não é smart e a cama de casal não é de casal, mas, sim, duas de solteiro unificadas. Enfim, pra quem tem orçamento baixo, atende. Se for exigente e tiver como pagar de frente pra praia, faça. Pois o Marlin não atende público exigente.

O que não gostei foi o fato de não encontrar o apartamento limpo ao retornar ao hotel, na 2a diária. Nada foi limpo. Na 1a diária, foi somente dado um jeitinho no apartamento, mas ok. Não havia nem papel higiênico no apto. Quando cheguei, nem toalhas para todos.Tive que pedir a recepção. No 1o dia a recepcionista me perguntou se eu estava saindo quando acabava de chegar.
