Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória.

It is a old building, but they keep it clean. The stuff is always friendly and polite and they serve a good breakfast. Conveniently located near shops and close proximity to everything.

Eu gostei muito desse hotel , funcionários educados e prestativos, dependências do hotel e quarto muito limpos , café da manhã com muitas variedades. Uma das coisas que mais me chamou atenção e que gostei muito foi a decoração do hotel ,obras de arte , artesanato por todos os lados ( achei incrível) , restaurante no hotel ( comida saborosa),tinha também um brechó com roupas lindas , de boas marcas com um preço super acessível. Minha nota é 10.

Hotel deteriorado e mal localizado

O hotel já deve ter sido muito bom, no passado. Porém, está deteriorado. As instalações são antigas. As louças sanitárias são antigas e estão mal-conservadas. O ar-condicionado é muito velho e barulhento. O aquecimento do chuveiro é via caldeira e demora bastante; no meu quarto, a torneira de agua fria não funcionava, então, a partir do momento em que aquecia, era quase impossível utilizar, de tão quente. O box de uma das camas estava sujo - uma sujeira grossa, seca e bem aparente. Uma das fronhas estava encardida, assim como uma das toalhas. As fotos do lobby não condizem com a realidade do hotel. A localização é ruim; o hotel está num local que fica muito vazio durante a noite e que, segundo os residentes locais, é perigoso.

Recomendo muito!! Quarto limpo, funcionarios atenciosos, localização boa perto de mercado, pontos de onibus e restaurantes, porém após as 19h não recomendo caminhar pelas redondezas pois tudo fecha e fica muito arriscado. O café da manhã é bom apenas gostaria de sugerir mais opções saudáveis além de frutas. Voltarei com certeza.

Foi uma estadia a trabalho, devido a localização do hotel, no centro da cidade tínhamos uma noite tranquila, mas a acústica do quarto sofria um pouco de impacto nas horas com maior movimento de veículos na regiao

Estadia muito boa!

Apesar de ter sido só uma diária, considero que tivemos uma boa estadia. A única ressalva foi o ar condicionado que aparentemente não refrigerava o suficiente devido ao tamanho do quarto. Café da manhã também foi bom!

Está muito bem localizado no centro de Vitória, a limpeza do quarto é ótima, café da manhã oferecendo muitas opções para começar o dia e também, conta com andares temáticos para visitação dentro do próprio hotel. Podem melhorar o ambiente

Gostei do hotel, no entanto achei envelhecido o ambiente, principalmente banheiros que por sinal com o cheiro muito forte de esgoto… senti falta de edredons… cobertores de lã ativa alergias. Outro detalhe é o barulho, não há um isolamento acústico entre os quartos, ouvimos tudo que acontece no quarto visinho, sem contar que por ficar próximo ao Porto a buzina dos navios nos acordam a partir das 5h da manhã

Tirando a parte de informação pelo wpp,que viram mas sequer responderam,embora tenha sido num sábado de noite.Tem 1 andar com galeria de arte e um museu,de diferencial.Fica bem pertinho da Centro Histórico em avenidas principais,de fácil acesso. Outros ponto negativos foram: o apagar das luzes da piscina bem antes do horário de fechamento por 2 noites e as torneiras da pia do 1108 que estavam muito duras não fechavam direito e pingava água
