This is a great affordable Ibis, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, we enjoyed the beach, breakfast was great and they had everything we needed. We spent just one night but I definately would stay longer if needed.

Staff is polite, breakfast ok , location excellent, property itself bad. Rooms are outdated, cheap, uncomfortable. Very inexpensive so it’s a great pick for someone on a budget.

Very noisy property, even during the night. If you enjoy taking some rest during the afternoon be prepared for conversations in the hallway (by staff) and loud smartphone notification sounds.

We had a great time. our one and only problem was we only were provided towels for Showering, but not for washing our face. It's possible it was just missed by the cleaning staff. On a positive, the staff was also super helpful and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Restaurant is Terrible

At the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel, I asked for more salad dressing for my salad and the waitress did not want to provide. First she stated that this was the standard amount of salad dressing put on salads and when I gave her push back, she went to the kitchen area only to return without salad dressing stating she was waiting on the cook to provide. 5 minutes passed and I still didn't have salad dressing so I complained again. She then went to the kitchen area and when she returned, she had half a teaspoon of salad dressing. Unbelievable! Customer service in the dining area is severaly lacking. If they're that skimpy on salad dressing, imagine what else they lack.

Quarto bom, porem nao condiz com as fotos do site. As instalacoes do quarto sao limpas e tem bom espaço. Banheiro muito limpo tambem. Cafe da manha nao estava incluso na diária e so descobrimos posteriormente. Devido ao custo elevado em funçao donque oferecia, optamos por tomar cafe numa padaria ao lado. Atendimento excelente.

O quarto em que fui acomodado a primeira vez estava com ar condicionado quebrado. Fui ligar para a portaria e o telefone estava quebrado também. Já cansado, pois era por volta de meia-noite, tive que descer à portaria para resolver o assunto, que foi mudar de quarto àquela hora. O novo quarto tinha ar condicionado barulhento, e a descarga não dava conta das fezes, deixando o quarto mal cheiroso e dando trabalho extra para as camareiras. O Ibis sempre se caracterizou pelo pragmatismo de ter apenas o necessário funcionando bem, um hotel que não é de luxo mas que a gente pode confiar. Não é mais assim, está se descaracterizando. Nenhuma reclamação em relação aos funcionários.
