A minha estadia no Em Guarapari foi ótima aproveitei todos os momentos que estive por lá a praia fica a um minuto a pé do hotel comércio do lado o pessoal da recepção super educados nos Atenderam super bem porém o apartamento que aluguei foi simples mesmo mas escolha minha ,piscina e café da manhã não estava incluso mas foi muito bom .obrigado a todos Eu recomendo.

Muito NEGATIVO! LEIAM: O check in não foi realizado no local indicado. Chegamos e o porteiro informou que o “Ederson Will” tinha aptos naquele local mas não ficava por lá, por SORTE ele estava passando pela rua e nos levou até um outro prédio onde ficava seu escritório, sem sequer nos cumprimentar nos apresentou a Vanessa que faria o acerto. Pagamos 160,00 de TAXA que não estava indicada em lugar algum do contrato, como eu estava sem esse valor em dinheiro passei o cartão débito, que tinha uma nova TAXA e no total deu 182,00! Segundo a Vanessa que não mentia bem, disse que tentou entrar em contato comigo “várias vezes” pelo celular, expliquei que com 16h no carro provavelmente não tinha sinal, depois ela se entregou e disse que havia enviado msg pelo WhatsApp, misteriosamente eu não havia recebido pq segundo ela enviam pelo número que eu cadastrei (como se eu tivesse errado o número) ao sair me pediu o número de celular pra entrar em contato, expliquei q era o mesmo que havia cadastrado e ELA DISSE QUE NÃO TINHA ACESSO (então como ela me ligou e enviou WhatsApp??). ATENÇÃO: check in DEMORADO e cheio de contratos! Chegando ao apto, que correspondia aos da foto a DECEPÇÃO: estava IMUNDO! Gastamos meio dia pra limpar tudo, tivemos que comprar produtos de limpeza pois ficam num quarto sem acesso! NÃO HAVIAM TALHERES, PRATOS, COPOS, xícaras na mesma quantidade de lugares disponíveis, tivemos que revezar para comer e beber PÉSSIMO! Panelas, microondas e utensílios uma porquice!

Pior frustração da minha vida, AS FOTOS SÃO DE OUTRO LUGAR, PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA, O DONO NOS TRATOU COM INDIFERENÇA POR TER ALUGADO PELO APLICATIVO, NOS DEIXOU EM UM LUGAR PÉSSIMO, CAINDO AOS PEDAÇOS E OS PROBLEMAS QUE TINHA VOLTADO COM A PROPRIEDADE DELE, DISSE Q NÃO TINHA SOLUÇÃO E QUE NÃO PODERIA FAZER NADA, NOS TRATOU COMO LIXOS, SÓ FICAMOS POIS A VIAJEM ERA LONGA E NÃO TINHA OPÇÃO. Local Ótimo mas quanto a ventilação do apt( por mais q seja de frente para o mar) é ruim Nós quartos tem ventilador de teto mas na sala e adjacentes vc sofre com calor. Não é dito antes do pagamento do hotel escolhido que tem que pagar cota de 175 reais de faxina, apenas depois da confirmação de pagamento que vem descrito isso Cadeira da mesa quebrada assim como microondas. Roupas de cama a mesma pelo período todo com detalhe para geladeira que precisa de manutenção... Espaço interno top e vaga de garagem idem

tinhamos reserva de apartamento frente para o mar o nos deram um lateral,,, as camas terriveis tivemos que pedir algum colchao pois nao tinham ,, sofa da sala rasgado , tinhamos que colocar um cobertor pois machucava as pernas,,, fogao ,, o forno nao funcionava e nao deram a minima na semana de verificar o mesmo tivemos que pedir cobertores pois tambem nao tinham... uma pena pois o ap e novo,,, mais aqui no Brasil nao ligam para o turista ,, so ligam para ganhar dinheiro

APTO GUARAPARI - ESTE NUNCA MAIS

O apartamento é muito bem distribuído, porém esta necessitando de manutenção geral urgente, sofá impossível de assistir 5 minutos de televisão, paredes rachadas, armários da cozinha sem condições, camas necessitam de troca de colchões, chuveiros manutenção urgente, limpeza afff (quem faz isto lá precisa revisar seus padrões de limpeza), não existem talheres mínimos para fazer uma refeição maior que um lanche/café da manhã para 3 pessoas, quando chove as áreas cobertas ficam inundadas e molha toda a roupa, roupa de cama estavam sujas quando chegamos. O senhorio não se importa com os hóspedes pois chegamos à noite (depois das 21:30) em uma noite fria, e apesar de eu ter ligado para ele confirmando nossa reserva, inclusive quantidade de pessoas (1 adulto e duas crianças) não se preocupou em perguntar ou providenciar edredons tendo eu que pedir para as crianças dormirem de moletom para não sentirem frio. Quando falei com ele no dia seguinte me disse que foi uma falha de comunicação minha, pedi alguém para verificar a limpeza do apto e a manutenção do chuveiro e edredons, e tive que esperar por quase 3 horas para que eu fosse atendido e os problemas foram resolvidos parcialmente. O senhorio só se lembrou de nós as 23:30 da última noite pois eu não havia deixado a taxa de limpeza ainda me ameaçando de uma multa sei lá do que caso não pagasse pela limpeza e a pergunta foi que limpeza se recebi o apartamento sujo. Acredito que a Hoteis.com deveria verificar os imóveis deste locador.

A localização do hotel é ótima, fui embaixo temporada e acredito que ele estava muito tempo fechado. Paguei a taxa de 170,00 de limpeza e peguei o apartamento cheio de ácaro, com as cortinas sujas, a luz do banheiro e quatro queimadas. Não recomendo!

Apartamento com problemas e taxas não informadas

Um dos quartos é dependência de empregada e a porta não fecha porque é uma cama de casal, o segundo banheiro você aperta a descarga e se molha, a pia eh um tanque. Cobram uma taxa de R$ 170,00 de limpeza não informada no site e que mesmo que entregue limpo é cobrado, logo acrescente a taxa e verifique se não compensa outro local. Ah a TV não possui tomada você tem de fazer uma ligação direta. TV de tubo, as fotos são muito diferentes da realidade.

Satisfatório.

Muito bom , era o que esperávamos em relação a localização, comodidade, conforto segurança, porém o endereço não era compatível, e sim um ponto de referência,causando assim um certo transtorno .

POSITIVO: local e vista privilegiados e apartamento enorme. NEGATIVO : limpeza e manutenção. DIFERENCIAL : proprietário atencioso e disponível à solicitações no local. PARABÉNS A ATENÇÃO DISPENSADA AOS HÓSPEDES. VOTAREMOS EM BREVE.

Guarapari Praia - leilighetsblokk

4 ukers opphold var forhåndsbetalt for en to soveroms leilighet med delvis havutsikt på Guapari Praia. Den skulle inneholde nødvendig daglig utstyr for et opphold . Det gjorde den ikke. "Sengetøyet" var utslitt (istykkerrevet putevar)og etter min mening ikke brukelig, håndklær manglet, vanlige kaffekopper manglet, redskaper til rengjøring manglet. Verandaen, som riktignok hadde delvis havutsikt, var fri for stoler/bord. Madrassen på det store soverommet var i en slik forfatning at en ekstra madrass måtte hentes fra en annen seng. Forventes det at en reisende fra en annen verdensdel skal starte oppholde i Guarapari,Brasil med en handlerunde på byen for å skaffe tilveie basisk utsyr til leiligheten - utstyr som i det store og hele må etterlates ved avreise ? Jeg kontaktet eieren/disponenten av leiligheten på stedet, men han hadde ingen ting og bidra med. Han var forøvrig helt fraværende både ved ankomst og avreise. Det hører med til historien at WIFI - signalet ble kuttet en dag før avreise, slik at jeg ikke fikk sjekket inn på flyet slik jeg pleier.
