Gostei bastante do hotel, otima localização, estrutura e atendimento. O quarto que fiquei possui uma estrutura de flat, entao pra mim foi excelente, com microondas, pia de cozinha e frigobar. Ainda uma sala com sofa e uma varanda. Muito bom mesmo.

My stay was great, the room is big and more like a apart hotel. Has microwave and a Cooktop which you rarely find in hotels. The check in was fast and the agents are friendly.

Decepcionante! Por conhecermos a rede Bourbon nos hospedamos nele em Vitória ES, porém, ficamos sem limpeza em uma diária, chovia dentro do quarto e o ar condicionado pingava dentro do quarto! O café da manhã sofrível sem opções nem variedade, inclusive com pão francês duro, do dia anterior. Aspectos positivos a localização e o estacionamento.

Os funcionários poucos atenciosos com as solicitações. A cama está péssima, pequena, não é king e não é Queen, casa, pra viúvo. O café da manhã comum pra fraco. nada muito especial. As tomadas são velhas, não possuem adaptador por tomadas tres pontos, os quartos precisam de uma pintura urgente.

Quanto a internet decepcionante a hospedagem.

A internet no quarto não funcionava, informei na recepção o problema de conexão da internet, disseram que iriam mandar um pessoa olhar, não obtive retorno do problema, quando sai para jantar informei pessoalmente o problema na conexão da internet do quarto, no domingo o problema persistia
