"Place was a renovated old motel style hotel from probably the 50s or 60's. Very well done, extremely clean place as well. Obviously they put alot into the cleanliness. Pool area very nice. But not in the best area of town, which is not their fault, but it is not a nice area to walk around in on most sides. It does connect via a main road to a main dining area with restaurants, etc. So that was nice to be walking distance. Overall an above average place that can't help certain things about itself but overall is worth the money and we would return."

"Our stay at Riviera Palm Springs started with a very frustrating check-in experience. We arrived at 3:30 PM, just before the 4:00 PM check-in, and were told our room would be ready in 40 minutes. We agreed to wait. After more than an hour with no update, I returned to the front desk and was simply asked if I received a text. When I said no, I was told the room was still not ready—no apology, no explanation, and no effort to assist. I even offered to take any available room just to avoid waiting longer, but there was no urgency or proper accommodation. This is unacceptable, especially since we booked in advance. With an 11:00 AM check-out, there is ample time to prepare rooms. When we were finally given a room, it had a very poor view that did not match expectations. I have video proof. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was disappointing. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation for this experience."

"The weekend staff was rude and had poor customer service... I went up to notify the front desk multiple times that we could not shower due to the water in the shower being scolding hot burning us and there was no cold water in the room.and was only able to shower once during our whole stay which was right before checking out "

"The staff was pleasant. After you check in you're on your own. They don't offer any just services. The property was nice at one time I'm sure. It needs some love."
