Beautiful boutique-like hotel! The property, the bars and the pools were amazing with a subtle Palm Springs vibe. The staff, including Erica the manager and Vern the Concierge were as good as any 5 star property. Every staff member we encountered was engaging, friendly and went out of their way to help us or simply point out the hidden amenities throughout the hotel. Great location. Room was not ready until 5:30 which was so very inconvenient. Out of soap in our room. One bath robe. Minor things but when you pay that much it’s annoying. We were comped breakfast which was nice. I feel after some time and more staffing this hotel will only get better.

There could be some improvements in the room The carpet needs to be heavy duty cleaned When first entered into the room, can smell some bathroom piping smell Went further into the bathroom, mildew smell coming out of the sink After the first night clean up, most smell is gone but could still smell it sporadically.
