This is our go to hotel in Palm Springs. Mateo the manager is awesome and will do e writhing to make your stay even better than expected. The rooms are spacious with everything you need with a full kitchen, lounge space, and amenities for you to use. You can use the pool at anytime, bring your own drinks if you want, but Mateo will make you a margarita! Close to dining and bars. You can’t go wrong at The Twist.

The staff -- at all levels -- were SUPER attentive, available, and friendly. Great customer service! The property is so cute. The room was much bigger than I expected -- which was great. Our view of the mountains was amazing. The tiki bar, speakeasy, and coffee shop that are literally steps away were great and convenient, too. Thank you for a great experience. I'll be back!

The Twist is the best from the team that runs it - Jamie and Matias to the size and design of the rooms. Close to everything.. easy to walk to town to shops or dine. Pool area is excellent with a hot tub and bbq area. We love it so much, we keep going back!

The service here was incredible! They moved us into a bigger room at no charge to accommodate one of our friends who decided to come. They also gave us complimentary margaritas when something in our room wasn't working properly. And lastly, they gave us a big bottle of sunblock at no cost when asked. All are little things but it felt like every request was met with ease
