"Good location if you’re looking for a spot downtown. The Hilton wasn’t as nice compared to others I’ve stayed in. Biggest issue is parking if you’re driving there. The only options were valet or city parking. We tried city parking at first but we ran into issues, so ended up doing valet."

"I am a Cancer cancer free now and I came down to Richmond to go to the flying squirrels game and I picked this hotel and it was very nice very awesome staff was awesome everything about it was awesome awesome and great like again I said the staff was so nice and so polite and help me with everything I needed I was with my wife and I just want to say awesome Hotel little pricey but awesome Hotel"

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience."
