Our stay at sandcastle was marred with unforseen occurances. Our jacuzzi broke and flooded our room. Mot able to use all week. They did adjust the final payment to dec. total price of final payment. The room was good otherwise. Took long time to get hot water to 9th floor for wash and shower. Loved the veranda that faced the ocean. Breakfast very good. Hotel was fixing front entrance all of our stay. Las palmas rest. Very good, smile 4 miles store helpful in lobby. Staff couteous. Overall good, a 3 star hotel as advertised
