The staff was pleasant , the hotel is outdated. Had issues with the bathroom was small, not ADH compliant, no smoke detector just wires in the wall. Had issue with the elevator, three tries and we finally got off our floor. Breakfast was okay. The price we paid would not stay there again.

Hotel is mentioned as smoke free and the first thing that hit us was the smell of weed. There were roaches everywhere. Beds were horrible and I woke up with bad backache. there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, when I called and asked for it, the lady said she's coming in few minutes and never showed up. I had to call again next day morning. Our friends stayed at the same brand different location near to the beach. There's a clear difference in the maintenance and the room quality. I am not going back to this location again. Staff are friendly and well-spoken. If I keep the overall quality aside, it is family friendly.

Water was warm at best very weak pressure. TV did not work. Floor lanolin not level and did not seem attached to floor. Mold in refrigerator and in the freezer, we did use it. Beds seemed to be small, we believed they were full size not queen size advertised. We were stuck in the elevator the second day, three people were stuck. One person works at the hotel. He tried calling the front desk multiple times...NO answer. Pressed emergency button and explained our situation to the phone operator. It finally opened. It was hot in common areas, did not seem like the air conditioning was working. The one good point is the room air conditioning was working excellently.

The Breakfast was good. The A/C worked exectentely!! The room was clean although it only had 1 trash can for the bathroom and the bedroom. The shower was not cleaned very good. There was hair on the back wall near the soap despencers. The clearence between the toilet and the bathroom door was terrable. Very small. The elivator looked and sounded like it was on it's leg.

We had a comfortable two night stay in our king size bed and wide open space for our dog to feel at home . The bathroom could use added updates including the walls in the room . Breakfast was not so great. Definitely could have upscaled a bit more to add variety of fruits , yogurt , breads . All in all we enjoyed to see our long time friends and that’s the main purpose of our stay .
