Not convenient for city centre or railway station.
Website stated that hotel was near to the station. It isn't and the map is deceiving as it shows a smaller station but not the main station.

Very friendly staf
The hotel is good. Perfect location and prices. The staf is unique! Only there is not a lobby like one hotel has to have. I recommend it

Not for long-stay
Since the ownership changed, this hotel is no more offering quality service. Free-bar and free phone calls to europe no more, difficulties with direct dialing into the room, poor quality of breakfast service. No info in the room...would be suitable for short-stays only.

Since the last stay in April, the hotel has new owners but sad to say evrerything has changed for the worse......room was dusty, no information about hotel services,no free minibar and no free landline calls to europe, breakfast service quality also low......hope there will be improvements later

Grand Media Hotel, Villach
Have stayed at GMH Villach a number of times, always found their services very good. No other hotel has offered free minibar in the room and free landline phone calls to several countries - a very good facility to call your folks at home. Plenty of car parking space in the undergroud garage. Would strongly recommend this hotel to a business/family traveller

Esperienza pessima!
Albergo pessimo. La stanza era sporca e il rifacimento della stessa consisteva semplicemente nel rifacimento dei letti. la colazione era scandalosa. succo di frutta annacquato in bicchieri di plastica, uova strapazzate bruciacchiate, sedie sporche e macchiate, dopo le 8:30 il buffet era completamente sguarnito. Di certo non raccomando un soggiorno in questa struttura. Da notare che abbiamo speso 145 euro a notte per la camera!

Hotellet ligger sentralt, og rommene er store. Rommene bærer preg av aldersslitasje, men fungerer godt. Parkering i kjelleren var inkludert i prisen, og selv om det stod forbudt for MC (!) så var ikke det noe tema.... Personalet var veldig imøtekommende - da jeg kom for tidlig til frokost var det ingen sure miner

Passé 2 nuits à 10 jours d'intervalles. Petit déjeuner insuffisant, les 2 fois. Il faut arriver dès l'ouverture. Le WIFI ne permet que le surf, le téléchargement est quasi impossible depuis les chambres.
