"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has so much charm and the owners/operators were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. They also provide a very nice continental breakfast. Major attractions are walkable from the hotel but some may find it a stretch. Fortunately it is very handy to the tram line. I would definitely stay here again.

"My only thing I would say is no where on the check in instructions does it say to check in across the street. Loved the breakfast. Fast cab service to hotel. Nice people at desk and the lady setting up breakfast was very pleasant. "

The recommendations for dining out were just what we were looking for, the location was within 30 minutes walking to anything we needed in any direction whether it be train, shopping, eating, tour meet ups, etc... It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected in a city and the floors squeaked which didn't bother us as the place was amazing and comfortable. "This place is well located just outside the historic district. It's really walkable and nice. The street is a bit noisy, but the backyard is nice and mostly quiet. I had some issue with th eAC, but I think that I just didn't understood the instructions well. "

"The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy.
The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended"

"Travelled to Florence for my wifes 50th birthday. To make it special, i wanted to make sure the hotel was right. The hotel did not disappoint - immaculately clean, staff very helpful and chevk in easy. Beautiful room which had a view of the city.
Breakfast was equally of a high standard with a great variety of options available. Staff again, were extremely attentive.
We booked a 50 min slot in the spa - very n8ce after travelling. Only complaint here is the hot tub could have been hotter!
Overall a fantastic stay - I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again. 10 of 10. "
