"Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!"

"Stay here!!! There are a lot of places to stay in Florence but we chose this place for a lot of reasons. First, we are driving around Italy so we needed to park the car and this is inside the NTZ. They will valet your car and take it to the garage. Yes it costs more but well worth it! They will give you directions to get there by car but we did not find it helpful as many roads are under construction. Just put the hotel into your gps and go the way your gos says. Second, Florence was outrageously expensive this summer. We are used to 5 star hotels like the Ritz but we could not justify $2,000 per night. This place had everything we needed at a reasonable cost. Third, it was truly walking distance from everything. We LOVED the location. 4th, the breakfast was included and it was a highlight! What we didn't know going in was how great the rooms are. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was very large. The garden was lovely, the staff was amazing, breakfast and coffee were delicious. We didn't make it for a free drink in the bar since we were so busy but I wish we had because the second floor was so cute. The best part of this place for us was the A/C. Florence was 100F and sweltering. It was so nice to come back and cool off. Overall I would totally choose to stay here again and all the positive reviews that helped me decide to book here helped. Glad to say everyone was right."
