"For the price we paid I expected it to be better than it was. The revolving door doesn’t work and we had to push it with some force to open it every time we went through it. Not one person commented on it. We asked for 2 extra pillows and they called back checking we asked for a blanket. "It was impossible to get in contact with anyone in the “lobby” which was just a locked room down a hallway with a phone i could hear ringing over and over again through the walls. I did not see a single staff member my entire stay. The walls are so thin I could hear every little thing. Thank god the speak easy was closed downstairs or I don’t think I would have gotten any sleep at all. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and half a roll of toilet paper. No hooks anywhere to hang your belongings so everything/wet towels had to stay on the floor. There was no heat or air conditioning just a tower fan in the corner of the room which got very stuffy and very uncomfortable fast. The only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the convenience of being close to a parking garage, numerous restaurants and the L train. Other than that I will be sure to never stay there again. I could have stayed some where so much nicer for the $230 I was charged plus surprise 15$ fee at checkout. "
