Not one person commented on it. We asked for 2 extra pillows and they called back checking we asked for a blanket. "It was impossible to get in contact with anyone in the “lobby” which was just a locked room down a hallway with a phone i could hear ringing over and over again through the walls. I did not see a single staff member my entire stay. The walls are so thin I could hear every little thing. Thank god the speak easy was closed downstairs or I don’t think I would have gotten any sleep at all. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and half a roll of toilet paper. No hooks anywhere to hang your belongings so everything/wet towels had to stay on the floor. There was no heat or air conditioning just a tower fan in the corner of the room which got very stuffy and very uncomfortable fast. The only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the convenience of being close to a parking garage, numerous restaurants and the L train. Other than that I will be sure to never stay there again. I could have stayed some where so much nicer for the $230 I was charged plus surprise 15$ fee at checkout. "
