"This is certainly a hidden gem located in Inverness. Upon arrival it was noticeable how clean the property looked. We were welcomed by a lovely young girl who checked us in and explained everything about our stay. The hallway up to our room was beautifully decorated and very modern looking. Our room was lovely, very spacious and it was spotless. The added bonus was the basket of goodies left in the room for us, my husband was very grateful indeed. We had continental breakfast as part of our stay and there was plenty to choose from. All in we enjoyed our overnight stay and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others 😀 "
"I stayed in a room that felt spacious and sumptuous, with a terrific view overlooking the River Ness. Mere steps away from multiple dining and shopping options. A phone in the lobby connects one directly with a taxi service. Staff are friendly and helpful. "
"After reading mixed reviews about the hotel was unsure what to expect, The staircase and sitting area was stunning. Our room was on the first floor, spotlessly clean, electric heater which we could control. No complaints about the room. Great location, thoroughly recommend."
"Loved the room, fantastic shower! Bed is extremely comfortable. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly to speak with. I am very glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Inverness. Also located in the perfect spot to be close to anything you may want or need within walking distance. All my needs were met within 1-10 minutes of walking. Also very close to the rail station and bus station."
