Breakfast was buffet was complete with warm breakfast (full english) and cold (a large range of jams and honey choices. Rooms were clean and very reasonably priced. Walking distance to city centre.
Super quiet, decently comfortable bed, game shows on the Telly, hot shower, en suite, great location, sweet staff. I didn’t need much, as I only was in the room for sleep, but I’ve got no complaints.
Really enjoyed our stay in Inverness and Wayne at the front desk was very helpful on good places to eat in the area.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was clean; staff very helpful; bed was comfortable enough; linens clean. The dresser and the vanity both had broken drawers and were not able to be used. The sink had loose faucets. Not leaky, but the whole faucet moved when turning off the water. Breakfast was ok.

I really enjoyed my stay in this old villa. The room was big enough for me as a solo traveler. Might be tight for more people. Water was hot and plentiful. Bed was ok…towels were lovely and fluffy. Breakfast provided enough stuff for every dietary restriction. Location was good with close proximity to the centre and great restaurants as well as to the cathedral and castle and the river walk. My room was quiet. I loved that the windows open. The staff were absolutely delightful and went the extra mile. Thank you!
The check in and check out was painless and the bakery around the corner was amazing. If you are able bodied the walk to the main strip is a nice distance away so it was a perfect location for us.
Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, friendly staff, short walk to downtown with shops and restaurants. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the neighbours but it wasn’t too disruptive.
Recommend this property highly - clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly. Parking outside (£2/hr 10am-5pm, otherwise free). Short walk to River Ness, shops and restaurants/cafes.
