"Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hot buffet breakfast was the best I've had at most hotels. There were a lot of options to choose from. The staff were phenomenal considering our situation. During our stay, we lost a family member and tried to get home earlier than our original flight. Despite the stress of talking with the airline (who couldn't refund or exchange our tickets) and the car rental (they did their best to accommodate but had no vehicles available), Ramanda made the hotel the least of our concerns. We informed the manager of our desires to attempt to get home sooner, and he made sure to work on a refund for one night since we were going to leave one day early. After being unable to secure a rental car to drive home, we had no choice be to remain in Dallas until our flight that weekend. We contacted the hotel to inform them since we had already checked out. The front staff made sure our room was available and cancelled our check-out with no issues. We were extremely stressed with the entire process, but Ramanda was the only one to make it easier on us. They allowed us to have a late check out that weekend on our original date at no additional cost. We were able to try to enjoy and relax until our flight considering the unexpected loss. I can't say how much that helped us at the time. We had one less thing we needed to think about. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and understanding. Thank you so much. "

"Will never come back. Had a dead cockroach in my shower. Then a different night my wife found a huge roach crawling next to the headboard. She made a video and recorded.it. So yeah we don’t like this place"

"The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a “NEW” property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go on and on. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for 1 night. Which, I still think was unfair since I got catfished into thinking the property was NEW. The listing should be updated to give customers the truth about the property. Checked in and out in less than 10 minutes. "
