"This is a great location. The staff was absolutely incredible from the moment I arrived until I left. My husband had the chicken sandwich that is featured on the elevator wall and the chef actually came out to check on us. Who does that…no one. There is one thing I would like the property to consider. How about one more chair in the room. There is only one chair in the room. No sofa. No bench. Just one desk chair. This was somewhat challenging for two eighty year olds. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you for asking."

"Very spacious, has everything you need for a long and comfortable stay, full kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, living area with TV, bedroom with TV. It was a welcome upgrade from the smaller room at Hilton Tapestry which was 2 mins away and costs much more. Staff was friendly and allowed me to check-in 3 hrs early. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend."

"Will never come back. Had a dead cockroach in my shower. Then a different night my wife found a huge roach crawling next to the headboard. She made a video and recorded.it. So yeah we don’t like this place"

"The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a “NEW” property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go on and on. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for 1 night. Which, I still think was unfair since I got catfished into thinking the property was NEW. The listing should be updated to give customers the truth about the property. Checked in and out in less than 10 minutes. "
