"I absolutely love this hotel. I always receive superb service while staying. Check in/out were seamless. The rooms are roomy and comfortable as well as extra clean. We have the best view of the lake from our room. Nice, quiet and relaxing were our experience."

"The water was cold in room 120. It made for a terrible shower. We were moved to another room 112. We encountered the same issue. It was so frustrating and will not stay here again."

"Room service left my door open twice. Dirty/hard water stained shower heads; HUGE roach in my stuff found on day 2, overnight guy was nice about getting me a new room (had to switch twice due to cleanliness and door bolt not working in the next room). Found another small roach morning of day 3. When I finally was able to speak with the manager, he was the rudest of all. Could’ve been an okay stay if I never spoke to the manager. :) He was disgustingly rude. 0/10 for his customer service. The only reason I’d book again is due to proximity of where I needed to be. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LYSOL/CLOROX TO CLEAN YOUR OWN TOILET SEAT FROM VISIBLE DIRT AFTER SWITCHING ROOMS DUE TO CLEANLINESS. 🙃"

"I had a wonderful stay at Soka. Staff was friendly, water available in lobby and gym. Gym was well maintained and clean. My room had a whole kitchen including a dishwasher and full size fridge. Truly best bang for your buck! Beds are comfortable. I always check for bed bugs and ofc there were none. It smelled great, was squeaky clean, and made for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend . The property is also really pretty, you can walk around. Safe area. Not walking distance from businesses but the property is so large it’s a nice walk! Parking is perfection."

"My room was terrible. There was what looked like pet hair in the sheets. There was a paper wristband on the floor from a previous guest. I did not stay. I felt like something was biting me when I laid on the bed."

"While room was great and breakfast was amazing the other hotels guests we encountered made for a low budget feeling. A travel boys ball team was also staying at the property, the kids (8-12) were loud, rambunctious, and not being controlled my the parents and I never witnessed any hotel staff approach the parents and address the kids running in the lobby, throwing balls in open areas & at breakfast, moving around to multiples tables during breakfast while backing up the breakfast buffet and food stations."
