Lovely stay!
Great experience at VI Suites! We arrived after the front desk closed, but were able to get in the building with a code sent to us through WhatsApp and easily check-in with their automated system. The room was very large and had the amenities of any other hotel (shampoo, body wash, etc) but with the additional bonus of a little kitchen to use. We especially loved the extra cold air conditioning and how dark the room got with the automated shutters. We had to set an alarm or we would’ve slept the day away in pure comfort. The large rooftop patio was also a nice little perk to our stayed. We spent multiple nights up there enjoying a bottle of wine from a store around the corner (Conad). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beach that this hotel partnered with was a 5 minute walk and cost €25 for the day. All the beaches are private, so this was expected and we were happy to pay to get the comfy loungers and umbrella. Overall, highly recommend!

Lovely clean hotel with very spacious rooms
The hotel was very clean and tidy and our room was lovely and spacious. The only downside to our room was lack of sunlight and the windows are small and face a brick wall so not much light gets in and you don’t have a view. I’m addition to this, you have to pay to hire beach towels which is annoying as most other hotels include this service for free.

Amazing new property in a great little beach town
Really incredible property just steps from the beach. I really prefer these style of "apart-hotels" and it was great to find this one in Viareggio. Everything was ultra-modern and functional. The kitchen was well-appointed high-end appliances (including great coffee maker!). The staff was very attentive and were ready to help with anything. The hotel is located only one block off the boardwalk which means it is close enough to easily walk to the beach while remaining quiet when the main street is busy with the occasional late-night party.
