The room had a terrible smell, the atmosphere was dark and depressing, and it looked nothing like the photos shown in the app. We could not sleep properly because of the bad odor and the unpleasant environment. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. The hotel felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and far below...

"i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left...
