"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. "This was our first trip to Switzerland, we had 8 people in a 3bedroom unit and it was really great! The unit had 3 separate bedrooms and a full size pull out sofa.     "This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). We had the half board added onto our package which meant we got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet style; with a ton of delicious options to select from. The lady attending breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive. We assumed the dinner would be similar to breakfast; buffet style but were pleasantly surprised as it was a seated dinner where you selected from the half board menu. The dinner every day was remarkable. If you are planning on travelling to this area I highly recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed! "
